Moorgate advises technology companies on raising capital and on selling their businesses. Alexander Perry founded Moorgate in 2016, after building and selling his own energy consulting company, and leads every engagement himself.
We operate within a network of eight people, with representatives in London and North America. Our team and partners have completed around 70 transactions and raised several hundred million for clients.
