Bruno Spacaj
COO
Bruno Spacaj is our COO. He has spent more than ten years working in British markets with high-profile individuals, clients and companies, and has led a number of large and complex projects, including investments, post-acquisition integration and large-scale sales operations.
Alexander Perry
Managing Partner
Alexander Perry founded Moorgate in 2016. In 2008 he founded an energy consulting company, which grew at 65% a year compound before it was acquired in 2015. He leads Moorgate’s investor relationships and specialises in capital raising and M&A, with a particular focus on AI, TMT and clean energy.
Dr Dan Daly
Healthcare Adviser
Dr Dan Daly began his career in nuclear fusion research on the JET tokamak at Culham, and wrote the book Microlens Arrays. After an MBA at Cranfield School of Management, he has spent 20 years in C-suite roles at technology start-ups in the UK, the US and Switzerland, and co-founded Occuity Ltd.
Kresimir Budinski
Senior Adviser, Investments
Kresimir Budinski is our investment adviser for projects in the automotive, aerospace and defence, aviation and retail industries. In more than 20 years of business development, he has helped entrepreneurs prepare projects for funding from pre-seed to Series B, from idea stage to product launch and scaling.
Michael Wade
Development Finance
Michael Wade is a Chartered Accountant who qualified in Perth, Western Australia. He has held start-up CFO positions with Central TV, Nickelodeon UK and Whereit.at TV, and set up the UK and European operations of a Japanese pharmaceutical company. He now works with start-ups on business plans and development finance.
